Composition
Each gram of the product contains 400 mg Lincomycin
Mechanism of Action
Lincomycin is a Lincosamide and bacteriostotic antibiotic which binds to 50s subunit of ribosome and inhibits protein synthesis of bacteria. With this mechanism it is effective on gram positive bacteria such as Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, Clostridia and Mycoplasmas.
Indications of use
It is used for treatment of necrotic enteritis
caused by Clostridium perfringens.
Dosage and route of administration
For treatment of necrotic enteritis, it is recommended in rate of 75 grams in 1000 liters of drinking water (equal to 30 mg lincomycin in one liter of water) for maximum 7 consecutive days.
Contraindications
It should not be used in breeders, layers and turkey.
Interactions
Lincomycin should not be used concurrently with macrolides such as Tylosin and Erythromycin.

Precautions
After opening the sachet for first use, it must
be used maximum during one month.
Storage conditions
Store in dry place between 15-30° C and keep away from light.
