Z- Lincomycin + Spectinomycin Rooyan®

Each 150 g sachet contains:

Lincomycin(as Hydrochloride) 33.3 g and Spectinomycin(as Sulfate) 66.7 g.

Lincomycin is an antibiotic of Lincosamides group.

Spectinomycin as a chemical group is a member of aminocyclitol antibiotics.

Spectinomycin is like aminoglycoside antibiotics except that it has not a toxic effects of Aminoglycosides.

Although Spectinomycin is effective on control and treatment of Mycoplasma gallisepticum, Chronic respiratory disease and also Escherichia coli infection, Pasteurella multocida and Salmonella typhimurium; however combination of two mentioned antibiotics because of synergistic effects on treatment of bacterial and Mycoplasmal infections in poultry are more effective than each of them.

For prevention and treatment of CRD and CRD complex, Escherichia coli infection and recommended for better weight gain in poultry.

For treatment of CRD and CRD complex: Observing first symptoms of CRD, drug must be taken for 3 consecutive days, in scale of 0.5g antibiotic in 1 liter of drinking water (one150 g sachet in 200 liter drinking water) and it is sole source of drinking water.

For prevention of CRD and CRD complex: One 150 g sachet in 200 liter drinking water for 3 – 5 days of beginning of growing period and 1-2 days about 4 weeks of life.

For better weight gain of broilers: 50 mg of antibiotic should be used per day per kg of body weight, during the first week of chick’s life.

Keep in room temperature under 25° C.

Stop treatment 2 days before slaughter.

Please recheck the process and diagnose of illness, if there wouldn’t be any progress after 3-5 days of treatment. Do not use the product in other animals.
