Levamisole + Triclabendazole 8.75% Rooyan

This product has a potent effect against gastrointestinal and liver helminths and round worms of intestine and respiratory system, and especially eliminates three stages of liver fasciola life cycle. After oral administration Levamisole is absorbed from intestine and spreads throughout the body. Plasma half-life varies in different species, 4-6 hours in cattle and 1.5 to 4 hours in dogs. Metabolites of Triclabendazole are sulfoxide and sulphone. Maximum plasma concentration  is 12-36 hours. About 50% of drug  is excreted through bile after metabolism.

Levamisole immediately effects on the worm nervous system and causes paralysis of parasites and consequently separated them from respiratory and gastrointestinal mucosa. Triclabendazole  blocks Fumarate reductase, so disrupts energy production in the body of worm .Triclabendazole has full effects on parasites life cycle through immature to mature stages.

Lung worms: Dictyocaulus filari,

Gastrointestinal Worms:Haemonchus contortus,Trichostrongylus spp, Ostertagia, Cooperia, Nematodirus, Bunostomum, Oesophagostomum, Chabertia, Strongylus and Trichuris ovis. Liver worms:Fasciola hepatica and gigantica and Fascioloides magna.

Shake well before use and use drenching gun for administration.1 ml per 5 kg of body weight for sheep and goat.

Milk: 7 days

Meat: 28 days

This product could be used by young  and  pregnant animals but use carefully when animals are in late stage of pregnancy or animals under stress  or weakness condition.

Wash hand after use. Keep out of reach of children. This drug does not have any side effect in treatment dosage.

Overdose of this drug may have side effects such as: within 15-60 min after usage, symptoms like salivation, urination and defecation , nervous tremors, difficulty in breathing, muscular cramp  which is temporary and will be disappear within an hour.

Suspension  must be consumed according to the correct weight and the exact dose recommendation.

Do not take it forcefully due to incidence of aspiration pneumonia.

Keep under 25° C in standing position. It should be protected from freezing ,high temperatures and direct sun light.
