Each Kg contains 80 g Nicarbazin and 7.5 g Maduramycin.
Nicarbazin, a synthetic anticoccidial, and Maduramycin, an ionophore anticoccidial, have created a strong synergistic combination which is used for control and prevention of coccidiosis.
Maduramycin is a monovalent glycoside ionophore coccidiostat which causes some changes in cell wall permeability of eimeria to Na+ and K+ cations. It gives rise to high internal osmotic pressure of relevant protozoa and finally stopping mitochondrial function makes disturbances in eimeria metabolism and it will be destroyed Nicarbazin, a synthetic carbanilid coccidiostat can stop eimeria life cycle. It seems Nicarbazin causes some disturbances in mitochondrial function and subsequently impede energy metabolism in eimeria.
– Broad-spectrum and stronger
– Ability for using in warm seasons
– Ability for mixing with growth promoters
Prevention and control of coccidiosis because of:
Broilers: 500 g of premix in one metric ton of feed.
Egg: It should not be used in laying hens that produce table egg.
Do not use with other coccidiostats simultaneously.
It must not be used in breeders during production.
The product must be thoroughly mixed with feed. The premix can be mixed with a small quantity of feed (5 to 10 times more than premix amount) then it will be added to whole feed.
To prevent irritation, it is recommended to wearing working clothes, gloves and anti-dust masks.
In case of any contact with eyes, it must be rinsed with plenty of water immediately for 15 minutes at least.
Contact with skin should be prohibited.
The bag must be tightened after use.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store in dry and cool place (under 25° C) and keep away from light.
